This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the App. We aim to collect and process only what is necessary to provide text-to-speech functionality.

Information We Collect

Input Text: The text you provide for speech generation may be transmitted securely to third-party TTS providers solely for the purpose of generating audio. We do not permanently store your input text on our servers.
Generated Audio: Audio files are saved locally on your device unless you choose to share or export them.
Subscription Status: We receive purchase status from Apple to unlock Pro features. We do not see your payment details.
Diagnostics (Optional): Limited, anonymized diagnostics or crash reports may be collected by Apple/OS for reliability.

How We Use Information

To generate speech from your input text via third-party TTS providers.
To enable Pro features when a valid subscription is active.
To maintain and improve the reliability and performance of the App.

Sharing of Information

Third-Party TTS: Your input text may be sent to providers such as Google Cloud Text-to-Speech to generate audio at your request.
No Sale of Data: We do not sell your personal data.
Payments: Purchases are processed by Apple; we do not receive your card/billing details.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Data Retention

We do not maintain servers for storing your input text or generated audio. Files remain on your device until you delete them. Any cached data used during generation is transient.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect transmitted data, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Your Choices

You may delete generated audio from within the App or your device.
You can manage subscription and purchase history via your Apple account settings.

International Transfers

Third-party TTS providers may process data in different countries. By using the App, you consent to such transfers as necessary to provide the service.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last Updated” date. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
