Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using tau34 - Voice Generator (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms and these Terms of Use.

Functionality and Use

• The App converts input text into audio using text-to-speech (TTS) technology and lets you play and save generated audio locally.
• Performance and generation time depend on your device, network connectivity, and third-party TTS availability.
• Recommended usage limits may apply to ensure quality of service.

Subscriptions

• Some features require a paid subscription (e.g., access to all languages/voices or higher limits).
• Payments are handled by Apple’s App Store. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Free tier limitations and Pro features are described within the App and may change to maintain service stability.

User Content and Rights

• You retain rights to the text you enter and the audio you generate, provided you have the necessary rights to the input content.
• You are solely responsible for the legality of the content you submit and any distribution of generated audio.

Third-Party Services (TTS)

The App may send your input text to third-party TTS providers (e.g., Google Cloud Text-to-Speech) solely to generate the requested audio. Use of such services is subject to their terms and policies. We do not grant you any license to third-party technology beyond what is necessary to use the App.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to violate any law or the rights of others (including copyright and privacy), or to attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or disrupt the App or related services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or reliability. We do not warrant that generation will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data or content arising from the use of the App. Your sole remedy is to stop using the App.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.

Updates and Changes

We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last Updated” date. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of your jurisdiction unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law.
